Our three-story Trinity townhouse is in Philadelphia's historical zone on a quiet alley abutting beautiful Fitler Park.  It was 100% remodeled in 2007 with new appliances, granite countertops, forced air heating and air conditioning.  Ample skylights along with original wide pine flooring give this gem of a house a bright, warm feeling.  It is an easy walk to UPenn, Rittenhouse Square and neighborhood cafes.   And there is a farmer's market at the end of the block every Saturday.

This is a typical "trinity" row house: built mid-1800s, small but comfortable with brick walls and wood floors.  The kitchen / living room is on the first floor, bedroom/office on the second floor with the main bathroom, and on the top floor is the master bedroom with built-in closets, skylights and a half-bath.  Washer, dryer and storage shelves are included in the basement.

The kitchen (along with the rest of the house) was entirely re-modeled in 2007.  For those who love to cook, the range is gas, the oven is electric convection.

The main bathroom has a glass shower with honey onyx tile and dual shower heads.  For the conservation minded (as we are), both bathrooms have dual-flush toilets.
