Our bright, cozy
three story "Trinity" row house has:
Our three-story Trinity townhouse is in Philadelphia's historical zone on a quiet alley abutting beautiful Fitler Park. It was 100% remodeled in 2007 with new appliances, granite countertops, forced air heating and air conditioning. Ample skylights along with original wide pine flooring give this gem of a house a bright, warm feeling. It is an easy walk to UPenn, Rittenhouse Square and neighborhood cafes. And there is a farmer's market at the end of the block every Saturday. This is a typical "trinity" row house: built mid-1800s, small but comfortable with brick walls and wood floors. The kitchen / living room is on the first floor, bedroom/office on the second floor with the main bathroom, and on the top floor is the master bedroom with built-in closets, skylights and a half-bath. Washer, dryer and storage shelves are included in the basement. No smokers, no pets, please. And please don't disturb the current tenants -- contact us instead!
